- To devise and implement marketing and admissions strategies and operational plans to recruit students for ADS Design institute
- The post holder manages both the marketing team and the admissions teams.
- To make strategic plan and budget for both marketing and recruitment activities ensuring the marketing and recruitment targets are met.
- To supervise both marketing and sales team to execute the overall plan and evaluation of all activities including PR, marketing, on and off-campus activities, direct sales, telesales and consulting students and parents.
- To be in charge of all marketing and sales channels to maximize the generation of leads and conversion rate of prospective students.
- To have lead responsibility for liaison with over departments and divisions regarding mobilizing resources for PR, marketing and recruitment activities.
- To make presentations to prospective students and parents about the products and services provided by the school.
- To build marketing and recruitment teams and supervise performance of each individual staff. Create a strong, effective and productive working environment for the whole team.
- To provide timely and accurate reports on marketing and recruitment activities.
- Any other duties related to the post as determined by the director.
- Strong background in marketing and student recruitment management.
- Experience in education sector and in an international environment is an advantage.
- Competent in both Vietnamese and English communication.
