Job description
- Lead sales and marketing activities to deliver sales and revenue target, responsible for monthly and yearly sales planning, budgeting planning and forecasting.
- Increasing number of students and achieve market share.
- Provide leadership and training to all staff and be responsible for performances and developments of all staff of sales team.
- Support every admission to catch sale target and follow up customer service after sale.
- Control sale team’s activities and keep all staff going up in the professional environment.
- Providing timely and accurate reports to the Board of Director.
Requirement
- University degree in Business, Marketing, …
- 3 years of experience for the position of team leader or manager
- Have knowledge about admission activities
- Good communication, have an in-dept understanding of the younger generation
